Rudo
 

Rudo Municipality is located in the eastern part of the Republika Srpska and on the national border with Serbia and Montenegro. Rudo has a surface area is 344 km, it covers 62 settlements with approximately 11, 000 residents. Rudo is located in a mountain area, in the lower flow of the Lim River. It borders the municipalities Višegrad, Srpsko Goražde, ?ajni?e, Rogatica, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Priboj, Užice and Čajetina in Serbia and Montenegro. Rudo was established as a municipality in 1995; formerly it was a part of the larger Visegrad administrative district. This area has been largely neglected in recent decades, and its economy is underdeveloped. The main economic activities in the area are agriculture, wood processing and production, production of automobile components, and processing of plastics.
