Intending to overcome environmental problems, Netherlands Ministry for Development Cooperation have supporeted LEAP implementation in four cross-border communities:

  • Ljubovija
  • Priboj
  • Bratunac
  • Rudo

    • The project is based upon special methodology that was developed by the REC and US-based Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC) and is documented in a guide which has been translated to the Serbian language ("Manual for Development of Local Environmental Action Plans")
